Spintex Medical Centre is seeking the services of qualified, hardworking, and experienced individuals for the position of a Staff Nurse. The successful candidate will deliver high-quality patient care in line with SMC standards. The following are the responsibilities and qualifications for the position;
Requirements
· Registered General Nurse with a valid license to practice.
· A minimum of 3 years and above post-qualification experience. Must be able to work under less supervision.
· Strong clinical skills and knowledge.
· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
· Team player with high integrity and professionalism.
Key Responsibilities
· Deliver high-quality patient care in line with SMC standards.
· Assess, plan, implement and evaluate patient care.
· Document and maintain accurate patient records.
· Collaborate effectively with the healthcare team.
· Ensure a safe, clean and supportive environment for patients.
