Edge Water Medical, a clinic based in Dansoman, in the Greater Accra Region of Ghana, requires the services of a Physician Assistant. The successful candidate will take patient histories and conduct examinations. The successful candidate must have the necessary qualification from an accredited institution with at least 2 years of post-qualification experience. The following are the responsibilities and qualifications for the position;
Responsibilities
i. Assess patient symptoms and medical conditions
ii. Diagnose illnesses, injuries, and medical conditions
iii. Prescribe medications within the scope of practice
iv. Work closely with doctors, nurses, and other medical professionals
Experience:
i. Qualification from an accredited institution with at least 2 years of post-qualification experience.
ii. Proximity to the facility is an added advantage.
iii. Excellent written and verbal communication skills
iv. Good coordination and interpersonal skills
v. Keen eye for detail
