Soft Spart Company Limited is seeking the services of qualified and hardworking individuals for the IT Manager position. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing and maintaining the company’s IT infrastructure, including servers, networks, and databases. As follows are the responsibilities and qualifications for the position;

Responsibilities

·       The candidate will be responsible for managing and maintaining in the company’s IT infrastructure, including servers, networks and databases

·       The candidate must ensure the security and integrity of IT systems and data, implementing and enforcing security policies and procedures

·       The candidate will be responsible for providing technical support to employees, resolving hardware and software issues in a timely manage

·       The candidate will manage IT projects, including system upgrades, installations and migrations

·       The candidate will be responsible for developing and maintaining IT documentation and procedures

·       The candidate will monitor system performances and identify areas for improvement

Qualification

·       Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or a related field

·       4 years of proven work experience in IT management, preferably in a fast-paced environment

·       Strong knowledge of cloud-based systems and services

·       Excellent problem-solving skills

·       Excellent written and verbal communication skills

·       Relevant IT certifications are an added advantage
