· The candidate will be responsible for conducting research and sourcing prospective clients and new leads
· The candidate will design and execute highly effective marketing strategies to sell Auto, Accident, Marine, and General Insurance Policies
· The candidate will be responsible for meeting clients to discuss insurance needs and recommend appropriate options
· The candidate will be responsible for helping businesses, individuals and families select an insurance policy that best suits their needs
· The candidate must stay up to date with market trends and best practices of the insurance industry
Qualification
· Diploma / Bachelors Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Public Relations Management or other relevant fields
· Proven work experience in insurance sales
· Good written and verbal communication skills
· Excellent coordination and interpersonal skills
· Ability to persuade clients and potential clients to purchase insurance policies while negotiating favorable terms for both the client and the company
· Ability to work independently and as part of a team
· Ability to listen, demonstrate attention to detail, and listen to understand client needs and concerns fully before and while responding to them
