Kemist Group is seeking the services of qualified, hardworking, and experienced individuals for the IT Support Officer position. The ideal candidate will be responsible for troubleshooting and resolving computer system errors and other malfunctions. The ideal candidate must be a Laravel developer with data analysis experience. The following are the responsibilities and qualification for the position;

Responsibilities

·       The candidate will provide first-line support to staff and users for hardware, software a and network-related issues.

·       The candidate will be responsible for troubleshooting and resolving computer system errors and other malfunctions.

·       The candidate will install, configure and maintain desktops, laptops and other IT equipment.

·       The candidate will assist in maintaining local area networks and internet connections.

·       The candidate must ensure antivirus and security patches are up to date

Qualification

·       A Laravel Developer

·       Strong leadership and organisational skills and attention to details.

·       Experience in data analysis.

·       Ability to think and write creatively.

·       Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, Emails, CCTV, Software development and programs, knowledge in basic networking and hardware.

·       Smart, intelligent, and proactive individual.

·       Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

·       Ability to handle multiple tasks and work under pressure.

·       Problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

·       Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays.
