Job Purpose: The General Labourer is responsible for performing various manual tasks to support the operations of the company. This role involves physical work, such as loading and unloading materials, operating machinery, and maintaining a clean and safe work environment.

Areas of Responsibility include:

·                 Assist with loading, unloading, and moving materials and equipment.

·                 Operate basic machinery and tools as needed.

·                 Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the work site.

·                 Follow safety protocols and wear appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE).

·                 Assist skilled workers, such as carpenters, electricians, and other trades, as directed.

·                 Perform other general labour tasks as required by supervisors.

 

Experience and Education

·                 WASSCE Certificate.

·                 Previous experience in a labour-intensive role is preferred.

·                 Physical fitness and the ability to perform manual labour tasks, including lifting heavy objects.

·                 Knowledge of safety procedures and practices in a worksite environment.
