Data Scan is seeking qualified and hardworking individuals for the position of Network Engineer. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing and setting up network infrastructure for an ICT lab. As follows are the responsibilities and qualifications for the position;

Responsibilities

·       The candidate will be responsible for designing and setting up network infrastructure for an ICT Lab

·       The candidate will be responsible for installing thin clients, a server, UPS, AVR, and a Smart TV

·       The candidate will use AutoCAD to present network layouts

·       The candidate will be responsible for setting up and configuring the lab environment

Qualifications

·       Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field

·       Professional Network certifications will be an added advantage (CCNA, CompTIA Network+)

·       Proven experience with Windows updates, network setup configuration, and maintenance.

·       Strong knowledge of networking protocols, hardware, and network security

·       Proficiency in AutoCAD for network layout presentations

·       Good written and verbal communication skills
