The ideal candidate should have a Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field. As follows are the responsibilities and qualification for the position;
Responsibilities
· The candidate will oversee the recruitment and onboarding processes
· The candidate will support employee relations and resolve workplace issues
· The candidate will be responsible for managing and supporting the school’s human resource functions
· The candidate will be responsible for embarking on recruitment, onboarding and performance management activities
· The candidate will be responsible for ensuring a positive and productive work environment at all times
Qualification
· Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
· Minimum of 5 years of experience in Human Resource Management and administration role
· Strong knowledge of Ghana’s labour laws, financial regulations, and HR best practices
· Proficiency in administrative and HR management systems
· Excellent interpersonal, organisational and communication skills
· Demonstrated ability to work independently and collaboratively in a dynamic environment
