The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in advancing the mission of the company and empowering communities through research. As follows are their responsibilities and qualifications for the position;
Responsibilities
· The candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing comprehensive communication strategies to effectively convey CLD Ghana’s mission, and vision and impact stakeholders.
· The candidate should have the ability to effectively articulate ideas, findings and recommendations in a clear concise and organized manner to convey information accurately.
· The candidate will be responsible for proofreading written content to ensure grammatical accuracy, consistency and adherence to organizational standards before dissemination.
· The candidate must cultivate and maintain relationships with media outlets, journalists and influencers to secure press coverage and amplify our organization’s presence in the media.
· The candidate will be responsible for producing compelling content, including press releases, articles, blog posts, and social media updates to engage our audience and drive awareness of our initiatives
Qualification
· Proven experience in communications, public relations or related fields
· Excellent written and verbal communication skills
· A keen eye for detail and creativity
· Strong coordination and interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships and collaborate effectively with diverse stakeholders
· Experience in media relations, including pitching stories and managing press inquiries
· Proficiency in digital marketing and social media management tools
