Job Description
About the Role
On behalf of our client, we are seeking a results-driven Marketing Executive to support business growth through strategic marketing campaigns, brand visibility, and lead generation initiatives. The ideal candidate should have strong experience in digital marketing, campaign management, market research, and content development.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis.
- Support brand positioning and promotional strategies.
- Manage social media platforms, website content, and digital campaigns.
- Coordinate offline marketing activities including events, exhibitions, and print campaigns.
- Drive SEO, SEM, and content marketing initiatives.
- Prepare campaign performance reports and marketing analytics.
- Work with designers, agencies, and media partners on campaign execution.
- Monitor campaign KPIs and optimize marketing performance.
Required Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or related field.
- Professional certification in Digital Marketing is an advantage.
- Minimum 5 years’ marketing experience.
- Strong knowledge of digital marketing tools and analytics platforms.
- Excellent communication and project management skills.
- Experience within construction, real estate, or related industries is an added advantage.
