Business & Financial Times is seeking the services of qualified, hardworking, and experienced individuals for the position of a Front Desk Executive. The successful candidates will be responsible for welcoming visitors and responding professionally to inquiries about the company’s products and services. The following are the responsibilities and qualifications for the position;

The Front Desk Executive oversees the front desk and reception area, acting as the first point of contact for clients and visitors. S/he plays a key role in creating a positive and professional first impression of the company.

Qualification & Experience

·       A university degree in Management/Administration in any field.

·       Minimum of a year's professional working experience in a similar role.

Main Responsibilities

·       Welcome visitors and respond professionally to inquiries about the company's products and services.

·       Handle incoming and outgoing calls, schedule appointments, and coordinate meetings between guests and company staff.

·       Receive visitors and direct them to the appropriate departments or personnel.

·       Maintain accurate records of all guests and visitors, including walk-ins, advertisers, and incoming advertisements.

·       Organize, file, and maintain company database records and documentation.

·       Perform administrative and clerical tasks with the support of the administrative team.

·       Contact potential clients to identify and promote sales opportunities for the company's products and services.

Technical

·       Customer-oriented mindset with a passion for providing exceptional service.

·       Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite -Word, Excel, PowerPoint & Computer Technology.

Personality

·       Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

·       Ability to prioritize tasks and great organizational capabilities.

·       Competency in time management and problem solving.

·       Fluency in English Language.
