Acreaty Ghana Limited is seeking to hire a Human Resource Assistant. The ideal candidate will be responsible for supporting day-to-day HR administrative functions and assisting with recruitment activities, including job postings, screening, and scheduling interviews. The following are the responsibilities and qualifications for the position;
Requirements:
i. Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management or a related field
ii. Minimum 1–2 years’ experience in HR or administrative roles
iii. Basic knowledge of HR processes and labour laws
iv. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and HR systems
v. Good communication and interpersonal skills
vi. High level of confidentiality, attention to detail, and strong organisational skills
Responsibilities:
i. Support day-to-day HR administrative functions
ii. Assist with recruitment activities (job postings, screening, scheduling interviews)
iii. Coordinate onboarding and manage employee documentation
iv. Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records
v. Support employee relations and respond to general HR enquiries
vi. Ensure compliance with labour laws, company policies and procedures
vii. Assist with payroll and benefits administration when required
viii. Perform other HR-related duties as assigned
