Royal Kingdom Estate is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented HR Intern to support our Human Resources team in daily administrative and operational activities. This role offers a valuable opportunity to gain hands-on experience in core HR functions, including recruitment, employee relations, and HR administration. The following are the responsibilities and qualification for the position;
Key Responsibilities
· Assist in preparing and processing invoices, receipts, and payments
· Support daily accounting operations and data entry into accounting systems
· Maintain accurate financial records and filing systems
· Assist with bank reconciliations and ledger updates
· Support accounts payable and accounts receivable processes
· Assist in budget tracking and expense monitoring
· Prepare basic financial reports and schedules
· Support audit preparations and documentation
· Perform general administrative duties within the finance department
Requirements
· Bachelor's degree (or currently pursuing) in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
· Basic knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting
· Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other MS Office applications
· Familiarity with accounting software is an advantage
· Strong numerical and analytical skills
· High level of accuracy and attention to detail
· Good communication and organizational skills
