We're looking for a talented Marketing Officer to join our team and drive our digital marketing efforts to new heights.

 

The Role

We're seeking a results-driven Marketing Officer with a strong digital marketing background to lead our promotional efforts across all our content verticals. This role offers the exciting opportunity to work on diverse projects ranging from feature films and TV series to digital content and brand websites. You'll be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive marketing strategies that maximize audience engagement and drive measurable results.

 

Key Responsibilities

Strategic Marketing & Campaign Management

       i.          Develop and implement integrated digital marketing strategies for film, TV, and digital content releases

     ii.          Create and manage multi-channel marketing campaigns from conception to completion

    iii.          Collaborate with production teams to align marketing efforts with creative vision and release schedules

Digital Marketing & Social Media

       i.          Manage and grow our social media presence across all major platforms (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn)

     ii.          Create engaging, platform-specific content including posts, stories, videos, and interactive media

    iii.          Develop and maintain content calendars for multiple simultaneous projects

Performance Marketing & Analytics

       i.          Plan, execute, and optimize paid advertising campaigns across Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Instagram, YouTube, and emerging platforms

     ii.          Monitor campaign performance, analyze data, and provide actionable insights to improve ROI

    iii.          Set up and maintain tracking systems to measure campaign effectiveness and audience behavior

Content Marketing & SEO

       i.          Create compelling marketing materials including trailers, teasers, behind-the-scenes content, and promotional graphics

     ii.          Optimize website content and video descriptions for search engines

    iii.          Develop email marketing campaigns and automated sequences to nurture audience relationships

Brand Management & Partnerships

       i.          Maintain consistent brand messaging and visual identity across all digital touchpoints

     ii.          Identify and negotiate partnerships with influencers, content creators, and industry professionals

    iii.          Manage relationships with external agencies, freelancers, and marketing vendors

Market Research & Reporting

       i.          Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging digital platforms

     ii.          Analyze audience insights and market data to inform marketing strategies

    iii.          Prepare regular performance reports and present findings to leadership team

 

Required Qualifications

       i.          Proven track record of successful social media management and paid advertising campaigns

     ii.          Strong analytical skills with experience using Google Analytics, Facebook Analytics, and other marketing tools

    iii.          Proficiency in content creation tools (Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, video editing software)

   iv.          Excellent written and verbal communication skills

     v.          Experience with email marketing platforms (Mailchimp, Constant Contact, etc.)

   vi.          Knowledge of SEO best practices and content marketing strategies
