KCM Applications is seeking the services of qualified, hardworking, and experienced individuals for the position of Finance Manager. The successful candidate will lead financial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting across farm operations. The following are the responsibilities and qualifications for the position;

Responsibilities

·       Lead financial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting across farm operations.

·       Monitor production costs, inventory valuation, and operational profitability.

·       Drive cost optimization and financial performance improvements.

·       Manage cash flow, working capital, and treasury operations.

·       Ensure compliance with GRA regulations and IFRS standards.

·       Supervise finance teams across farm locations and operational units.

·       Support strategic decision-making through financial analysis and reporting.

Requirements

·       Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field

·       A master's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or Agribusiness is an advantage.

·       Professional certification required (ICAG, ACCA, or equivalent)

·       Minimum of 5 years of relevant finance experience, with at least 2 years in agribusiness, farming, or a related sector.

·       Demonstrated experience in cost accounting, production finance, or supply chain finance.

·       Experience managing finance across multiple sites or business units. Experience with GRA tax compliance, audit coordination, and statutory reporting in Ghana.

Key Skills and Competencies

·       Strong knowledge of IFRS, taxation, budgeting, and Farm/agricultural cost accounting

·       Proficiency in Tally and Advanced Excel

·       Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

·       Leadership and people management

·       High integrity and professionalism
