Nimed Capital Limited is seeking the services of qualified, hardworking, and experienced individuals for the position of an Investment Analyst. The ideal candidate will be responsible for supporting the management, administration, and growth of pension portfolios. The role involves pension fund mobilization, regulatory reporting, portfolio reconciliation, and investment execution support to ensure compliance and optimal fund performance. The following are the responsibilities and qualifications for the position;

Key Responsibilities

1.    Pension Fund Mobilization & Client Engagement

                           i.          Drive active marketing initiatives to promote pension products and increase fund mobilization.

                         ii.          Support client onboarding and maintain strong relationships with pension contributors and institutional clients.

2.    Portfolio Valuation Reports (PVRs)

                           i.          Prepare, update, and maintain accurate Portfolio Valuation Reports (PVRS) for all pension funds.

                         ii.          Ensure timely and error-free reporting in line with internal standards and regulatory requirements.

3.    Regulatory Reporting

                           i.          Prepare and submit monthly reports to the National Pensions Regulatory Authority (NPRA).

                         ii.          Prepare and submit quarterly pension reports to the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC).

                        iii.          Ensure full compliance with all regulatory guidelines and reporting timelines.

4.    Portfolio Reconciliation

                           i.          Assist in the reconciliation of Private Wealth Management (PWM) PVRS and client accounts.

                         ii.          Investigate and resolve discrepancies in portfolio records and transactions.

5.    Investment Execution Support

                           i.          Support investment placement and fund allocation activities for pension portfolios and other funds.

                         ii.          Assist in analyzing investment opportunities in line with approved asset allocation strategies.

6.    Reporting & Quality Control

                           i.          Assist in reviewing all departmental reports before submission to ensure accuracy, completeness, and professionalism.

                         ii.          Maintain proper documentation and audit trails for all pension-related activities.

Key Requirements

Education & Experience

                           i.          Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, or related field.

                         ii.          3 to 5 years' experience in investment management, pensions, or financial services (preferred).

                        iii.          Valid SEC license(mandatory)

Skills & Competencies

                           i.          Strong analytical and numerical skills.

                         ii.          Good understanding of pension fund administration and investment principles.

                        iii.          Knowledge of regulatory requirements (NPRA & SEC).

                       iv.          High attention to detail and accuracy.

                         v.          Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial reporting tools.

                       vi.          Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

                           i.          Growth in pension fund mobilization

                         ii.          Accuracy and timeliness of PVRS and regulatory reports

                        iii.          Efficiency in reconciliation processes

                       iv.          Timeliness of contribution collections (direct debits)

                         v.          Compliance with NPRA and SEC requirements
