Mass Industries is seeking the services of qualified, hardworking, and experienced individuals for the position of Senior Manager – Cost Financial Accounting. The successful candidate will analyze and control manufacturing cost, specifically the conversion cost. The successful candidate must have 7 plus years of experience, including 6+ in manufacturing cost accounting. The following are the responsibilities and qualification for the position;

Responsibilities

       i.          The candidate will analyze and control manufacturing costs, specifically the conversion cost

     ii.          The candidate will lead budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis

    iii.          The candidate will manage ERP-based financial reporting (preferably Navision)

   iv.          The coordinate inventory counts and ensures compliance

     v.          The candidate will support audit and strategic decision-making

Qualification

       i.          Bachelor's in Cost Accounting/Finance (CPA/ACCA/CMA preferred)

     ii.          7+ years of experience, including 6+ in manufacturing cost accounting

    iii.          Proficiency in Microsoft Dynamics NAV or a similar ERP

   iv.          Strong analytical and communication skills
