UNIKWAS Limited is seeking the services of qualified, hardworking and experienced individuals for the position of a General Manager. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving strategic initiatives and overseeing operations in cosmetic manufacturing, focusing on production, quality, supply chain, sales, finance, and compliance to ensure efficiency and growth. The following are the responsibilities and qualification for the position;
Requirements
· Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Entrepreneurship, or related field MBA will be a plus.
· 3-5 years of relevant experience
· Strong knowledge of manufacturing, compliance, proven strategic planning and financial skills will be an added advantage
Key Responsibilities
· Develop and implement strategic business plans while ensuring compliance with regulations.
· Oversee manufacturing processes for efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
· Drive revenue growth through effective sales strategies and manage budgets.
· Lead product development and innovation in collaboration with R&D and marketing teams.
