TP Ghana is seeking the services of qualified, hardworking, and experienced individuals for the position of an Information Security Analyst. The ideal candidate will support business compliance through Information Security assessments and remediation of IT/Security gaps using appropriate business control. An Information Security Analyst supports the Information Security Officer by implementing and maintaining the ISMS, ensuring compliance with contact centre security requirements, GISP controls, client contracts, physical security, investigations, operational support, and local security risk assessments. The following are the responsibilities and qualifications for the position;

Key Responsibilities

·       Support business compliance through Information Security assessments and remediation of IT/security gaps using appropriate business controls

·       Communicate GISP requirements across all functions and manage evidence submission via TP Policy tools

·       Advise on compliance with external security standards, including PCI DSS and ISO27001

·       Act as liaison between business teams and Teleperformance Global Audit/T&S during audits

·       Own the Security Risk Assessment (SRA) process, including scheduling, execution, improvement, and reporting to executives and clients

·       Provide cross-functional support on Security, Compliance, GISPS, contractual obligations, investigations, IT security, and audits

·       Perform assigned Information Security duties and drive process improvements to enhance efficiency

Technical Skills

·       Good understanding of current IT technologies

·       Ability to work within the security practice, aligning with business requirements.

·       Preferred: Familiarity with security standards, regulations, etc., including, but not limited to, PCI DSS, ISO27001, and ISO27002 etc.

Experience

·       2 years of call centre experience- mandatory 2 years of experience in IT and/or Security-dependent on experience.

·       Must have experience independently managing assigned information security objectives while delivering comprehensive reports
