Sommalife is seeking the services of qualified individuals for the Human Resource Associate – Graduate Trainee position. The successful candidate will assist in talent acquisition initiatives by drafting job adverts, screening CVs, scheduling interviews, and onboarding new hires. The ideal candidate must have completed tertiary education with a least a Diploma qualification in Human Resource Management, Management Studies, Industrial Psychology, Organizational Development, Social Sciences, or a related field. The following are the responsibilities and qualifications for the position;

Responsibilities

       i.          Assist in talent acquisition initiatives by drafting job adverts, screening CVs, scheduling interviews, and onboarding new hires.

     ii.          Prepare reports and presentations on HR research and initiatives.

    iii.          Promote positive workplace culture initiatives.

   iv.          Assist in organizing training and learning initiatives

     v.          Provide administrative support across HR operations.

Requirements

       i.          Must have completed tertiary education with at least a Diploma qualification in Human Resource Management, Management Studies, Industrial Psychology, Organizational Development, Social Sciences, or a related field.

     ii.          Completed National Service.

    iii.          0-2 years of post-national service work experience.

   iv.          Must be passionate about building a career in Human Resource Management.

     v.          Willingness to learn and be part of a performance-driven team.

   vi.          Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
