Pizzaman Chickenman is seeking the services of qualified and experienced individuals for the position of Events and Logistics Officer. The successful candidate will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing events, campaigns, and activations to promote the brand, manage logistics, and boost customer engagement. The ideal candidate must have strong knowledge of event management principles and logistics coordination. The following are the responsibilities and qualifications for the position;

Key Responsibilities

       i.          Assist in the development and implementation of event strategies and marketing campaigns in line with brand goals.

     ii.          Coordinate all phases of event planning, overseeing the logistics of event equipment, materials, including transportation, storage, setup, and dismantling of equipment.

    iii.          Prepare event budgets, monitor expenses, and ensure adherence to financial guidelines. Collaborate with related teams to ensure cohesive messaging and promotional activities around events.

   iv.          Coordinate travel, accommodation, and transportation arrangements for employees involved in events.

     v.          Act as the on-site point of contact for logistical or operational issues during events, resolving challenges swiftly and promptly.

   vi.          Conduct post-event evaluations, gather feedback, and prepare detailed reports to inform future improvements.

Qualifications

       i.          Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Event Management, Business Administration, or a related field. 2-4 years' experience in event planning, logistics coordination, or marketing support roles, preferably in food and beverage or related industries.

     ii.          Strong knowledge of event management principles and logistics coordination.

    iii.          Location: Accra or Kumasi
