 Role Overview:

Newgas is seeking the services of qualified and hardworking individuals for the position of LPG Delivery Agents. The ideal candidate will be responsible for transporting LPG cylinders from distribution centres to residential. Commercial, industrial locations and exchange points. Delivery agents play a crucial role in ensuring that consumers have a steady and safe supply of LPG for their cooking or heating needs. As follows are the responsibilities and qualifications for the position;

Roles and Responsibilities:

·       The candidate will transport LPG cylinders from Ecovault to residential and commercial locations.

·       The candidate will be responsible for collecting empty cylinders from customers and providing them with filled cylinders.

·       The candidate must ensure compliance with safety regulations and standards during the transportation and delivery of LPG cylinders.

·       The candidate will be responsible for interacting with customers during deliveries to address any concerns, provide information on safety practices, answer questions related to the use of LPG cylinders and report to the Ecovault Manager.

·       The candidate will keep accurate records of cylinder exchanges, deliveries and any issues encountered during the process.

·       The candidate must ensure all transactions are properly executed using the Newgas app.

·       The candidate will be responsible for regular inspection and maintenance of the delivery vehicles to ensure they are in good working condition.

·       The candidate must comply with transportation regulations specific to the handling and delivery of LPG cylinders.

·       The candidate must be prepared to handle emergencies, such as leaks or accidents, and follow established procedures for reporting and addressing such incidents.

Role Requirements:

·       Must have a minimum of SHS Certificate

·       Must have a license A or AB

·       Must live in Accra / Tema

·       Must have a good interpersonal relationship

·       Good communication skills

·       Must be willing to learn

·       Analytical and problem-solving

·       A minimum of two years work experience in a similar role
