HOW TO APPLY

APPLICATION DEADLINE: OCTOBER 10, 2025

The deadline for applications is October 10, 2025. Candidates should submit a letter of interest and

the requested materials listed below as early as possible, as the Search Committee reserves the right to close the selection process at any time if the right candidate is found. A committee of teachers and leadership personnel will interview semi-finalists. The new Secondary School Principal will start in July 2026.

Possible recruitment timeline:

       i.          October 10, 2025: Applications close.

     ii.          October 13-24, 2025: First round of interviews.

    iii.          October 27-31, 2025: Short-listing and reference checking.

   iv.          November 3-7, 2025: Second interviews.

     v.          November 24-28, 2025: Possible visits to campus for final interviews.

   vi.          December 5, 2025: Decision and offer made.

Candidates should send the information listed below to principalhire@lincoln.edu.gh as a single PDF file attached to an email.

       i.          A letter of application explaining your strengths as a candidate.

     ii.          A statement describing your educational philosophy and beliefs about leadership, not to

    iii.          exceed two pages.

   iv.          A current resume, not to exceed two pages.

     v.          Full contact information for at least three recent references, including names, positions, and current email addresses, in addition to the current Superintendent/Director/Head of School at your present school.
