AO Holdings is seeking the services of qualified, hardworking, and experienced individuals for the position of a Technical Operations Manager. The Technical Operations Manager will ensure the reliability, performance, and security of infrastructure, particularly cloud (Azure) and Server Systems, by leading technical teams, managing system updates, and streamlining workflows. This role combines deep technical knowledge of IT systems with project management, vendor interaction, and service improvement to meet strict SLAs and business objectives. The following are the responsibilities and qualifications for the position;

Key Responsibilities

·       Infrastructure Management: Oversee and manage cloud platforms, networking protocols, databases, and data center infrastructure.

·       Operational Excellence: Improve system performance and availability through proactive monitoring, deployment of, and adherence to ITIL frameworks.

·       Team Leadership: Lead engineers and developers, manage vendor relationships, and handle cross-functional collaboration to solve complex technical problems.

·       Project Execution: Coordinate and execute the technical components of engineering projects, including system upgrades, deployments, and migrations.

·       Security & Risk: Ensure security best practices, including firewall management, vulnerability assessments, and compliance.

Required Skills/Qualifications

·       Technical Proficiency: Strong expertise in IT systems, Windows/Linux operating systems, cloud computing, and project management

·       Experience: Previous experience in technical program management, IT operations, or partner operations, 10+ years' experience required. Al Deep appreciation of Al infrastructures.

·       Communication: Excellent communication skills for translating technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders. Growth and Winner mindset.
