Overview

We are seeking a skilled IT Support Engineer to join our dynamic IT team. The ideal candidate will provide technical support, manage the network and server infrastructure, and ensure robust security and operational efficiency of IT systems.

Key Responsibilities

       i.          Provide IT desk support, resolving hardware, software, and network issues for end users.

     ii.          Administer and maintain Microsoft 365 environments, including user accounts, permissions, and configurations.

    iii.          Configure, monitor, and troubleshoot firewalls and network security measures to safeguard organizational data.

   iv.          Manage and maintain server infrastructure, including updates, backups, and performance optimization.

     v.          Install, configure, and maintain CCTV systems, ensuring proper functionality and Integration with network infrastructure.

   vi.          Assist in network setup, configuration, and maintenance in line with CCNA standards.

  vii.          Implement and monitor network security protocols to protect against threats and vulnerabilities.

viii.          Document technical processes and maintain accurate records of IT support and security activities.

Qualifications and Skills

       i.          Certifications: CCNA certification required.

     ii.          Technical Skills:

    iii.          Proficient in firewall configuration and management.

   iv.          Strong experience in server administration (Windows/Linux environments).

     v.          Expertise in Microsoft 365 administration.

   vi.          Proven ability to provide IT desk support and troubleshoot end-user issues.

  vii.          Experience in CCTV system installation, configuration, and maintenance.

viii.          Knowledge of network security practices, including threat detection and mitigation.

Soft Skills:

       i.          Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.

     ii.          Ability to work independently and in a team environment.

    iii.          Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

Education and Experience

       i.          Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related field (or equivalent experience).

     ii.          Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in IT support, network, or system administration.
