The West African Examination Council is seeking qualified, hardworking, and experienced individuals for the position of Examination Clerk. The ideal candidate will perform routine clerical duties, including certification of verified documents. The following are the responsibilities and qualifications for the position;
Specific Duties and Responsibilities
The successful applicants will be required to perform the following duties, among others:
· Perform routine clerical duties, including certification of verified documents
· Assist with documentation and accurate record-keeping.
· Collection and processing of worked scripts
· Control and allocate worked scripts.
· Assist in packing and distribution of examination stationery.
· Assist in the resolution of queries
· Maintain strict confidentiality and custody of all exam-related materials
· Any other duties assigned
Qualifications
Applicants must possess a minimum of WASSCE/SSSCE/GBCE/GCE Ordinary Level with credits in at least five (5) subjects, including English Language and Mathematics.
Applicants must be computer literate.
Experience
Applicants must have at least one (1) year of relevant post-qualification experience in a reputable organisation.
