We're looking for a Senior Facilities Manager to provide operational leadership for the Institute's facilities, infrastructure, engineering projects, maintenance services, and ancillary operations. The role will ensure that all buildings, utilities, equipment, and physical assets are safe, functional, compliant, cost-effective, and efficiently managed to support DTI's academic and administrative objectives.
Qualifications
· Bachelor's Degree in Facilities Management, Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Building Technology, Construction Management, Estate Management, Property Management, or a related discipline.
· A relevant professional certification in Facilities Management, Project Management (PMP), Engineering, Occupational Health & Safety, or a related discipline is an added advantage.
Experience
· Minimum of eight (8) years' relevant professional experience in facilities management, engineering, construction, maintenance, infrastructure management, or a related field.
· Demonstrable experience in managing facilities operations,
infrastructure projects, maintenance programmes, contractors, and service providers.
