Sterling Security Force seeks the services of qualified, dedicated and detail-oriented individual for the position of a Security Operations Manager. The ideal candidate will be responsible for supporting the effective management of security operations within the organization. The ideal candidate must also have a Bachelor’s degree in Security Management or related field. As follows are the responsibilities and qualification for the position;
Responsibilities
· The candidate will assist in the management and coordination of security operations across the organization
· The candidate will support the development and implementation of security policies, procedures and guidelines
· The candidate will be responsible for conducting regular security audits and risk assessments to identify vulnerabilities and recomment imporvements
· The candidate will supervise and train security staff to ensure compliance with safety protocols and regulations
· The candidate will handle security incidents and emergencies providing quick efficient responses
· The candidate will collaborate with law enforcement and emergency services during critical situations
Qualification
· Bachelor’s degree in Security Management or related field
· At least 3 years of experience in security operations or a similar role
· Strong knowledge of security protocols, systems and best practices
· Excellent leadership and team management skills
· Good written and verbal communication skills
· Ability to work under pressure and handle emergencies
· Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
· Professional certification in Security Management is an added advantage
