Well Giant Pharma seeks qualified, hardworking, experienced individuals for the position of Internal Audit Officer. The successful candidate will conduct stock audits by verifying physical items against customer proforma for accuracy. The following are the responsibilities and qualifications for the position;

Key Responsibilities

·       Conduct stock audits by verifying physical items against customer proforma for accuracy.

·       Verify sales documents before invoicing and releasing customer orders.

·       Identify and report discrepancies in physical stock quantities and system balances.

·       Monitor compliance with warehouse, sales, inventory, and internal control procedures.

·       Maintain audit records and recommend improvements to strengthen inventory controls.

Qualifications & Requirements

·       Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, Auditing, or a related field.

·       Minimum 2 years' experience in Internal Audit, Accounting, Stock Control, Inventory, or related roles.

·       Strong numerical and analytical skills, with excellent attention to detail.

·       Good knowledge of auditing, accounting, and control, and internal control principles.

·       High integrity, independence, good communication, and proficiency in Microsoft Excel/ERP systems.
