Interplast Ghana Limited is seeking the services of qualified, hardworking and experienced individuals for the position of an IT Technician. The ideal candidate will be responsible for installing, configuring, and maintaining hardware, software, and peripherals. The following are the responsibilities and qualifications for the position;
Requirements:

·       Diploma, HND, or Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.

·       Relevant qualification such as CompTIA, Network+, CCNA or Microsoft certifications (an added advantage).

·       Analytical thinking and attention to detail.

·       Accountability and reliability.

·       Adaptability to new technologies.

·       Teamwork and collaboration.

·       Integrity and confidentiality.

Responsibilities:

·       Install, configure, and maintain hardware, software, and peripherals.

·       Troubleshoot software, hardware, and network issues; provide technical support to staff.

·       Install and update operating systems and applications, and install/update security software.

·       Monitor and maintain computer systems, servers, and network equipment.

·       Set up user accounts, passwords, and access permissions.

·       Respond to IT-related requests.

·       Support CCTV installation and related technology systems within the organization.
